APPOINTMENTS
I offer appointments to suit your needs. To ensure you get an appointment when you require, I recommend you schedule your next appointment before you leave your appointment today.
ARRIVAL TIME
Arriving a few minutes prior to your appointment will allow time for you to unwind & for me to update your details.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES
Due to the boutique nature of my business, last minute cancellations & reschedules can greatly impact on us. Therefore, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
- When booking a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the appointment price.
LATE ARRIVALS
Wherever possible appointments begin & end on time so that the next client is not delayed. Unfortunately, arriving late will result in customizing your treatment to fill the remaining time available, however you may still be required to pay the full appointment price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to re-book your appointment.
REQUEST A SILENT APPOINTMENT
Quiet time is hard to come by. We are constantly being bombarded by advertisements, images, texts, calls and emails. Being “connected” has a price and if your mental health is suffering because of it, please do not feel obligated to be “on” during your hair appointment. Your hair appointment is your own and a safe place for you to get some peace and quiet, reflect and take time for silent self-care. There is no need to feel guilty - new or existing. We get it.
Request your silent appointment in the notes of your booking or when you arrive so you can unplug and relax. No explanation needed.

Gift vouchers make it easy for you to spoil someone with a truly personal gift. Our gift vouchers are available in dollar values & can be used for any of our treatments, services or retail purchases. For more information please ask us
PAYMENT
All quoted prices are in NZ dollars & include 15% Goods & Service Tax. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa & MasterCard. For retail purchases by phone, email or internet we may also accept internet bank payment. Contact us for further details.
